How to Enrol

Five steps from choosing a pathway to confirmation.

Choose the Age Pathway

Select Money Explorers for ages 7–12, Money Managers & Emerging Entrepreneurs for ages 13–15, or Financially Independent Young Adults & Startup Innovators for ages 16–19.

Complete the Registration Form

Provide the parent or responsible adult's details, the student's information, emergency contacts and any information needed to support safe participation.

Review and Give Consent

Read the required terms, privacy information, safeguarding information and consent statements before submitting.

Make Payment

Pay through the secure payment process using the available method: [Payment Method].

Receive Confirmation

A confirmation message and email should summarise the programme, session details, payment and next steps.

Place Confirmation

A place is only confirmed once complete.

Submitting a form does not by itself confirm a place. A place is confirmed when the required registration information and payment are complete and WSA issues confirmation.

If the selected group is full, the parent should be offered a waiting-list or enquiry option rather than being charged automatically.

WSA will collect only the information needed for registration, payment, communication, safeguarding and programme delivery. The registration form must link to the approved Privacy Notice and explain how information is used, stored and protected.
